We do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products.

It is required that you are not accepting damaged packages when received from a courier company so that we can claim the insurance on them. We will only be able to claim it if you have not accepted the shipment and we will be able to provide a return/refund or exchange.

It is highly recommended that you do an unboxing video while opening the package to ensure that the product was not damaged due to the courier company’s fault and that we can easily fix it for you. If there is no unboxing video, your claim may be rejected, and/or it may take time for us to get it fixed.  

If there is still a defect in the product, we are happy to fix that for you as per the exchange policy mentioned above.

Please note: The mode of refund may vary depending on the circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, the bank’s policy delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 – 72 hours.

During peak seasons please allow up to 15-18 business days for your return to process.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.

Refund & Replacement

The customer can apply for a Refund or Replacement within 72 hours from the hour of delivery.

In case of a return, the Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, the bank’s policy delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 – 72 hours. Also, a minimum of 10% will be deducted from the total amount and the rest will be credited or the customer can opt for a 100% credit note which is valid for a lifetime
